Today, I had a pickup order from Chanel and a few Chanel products that didn’t work for me. When I pick up my order, I am usually stuck at the end of a long line of women making multiple returns. I do a lot of online, in store pick up orders. Despite how hurtful and embarrassing it was, I tried to ignore it and continued to give them my business.
They like to huddle up and gossip and be very unprofessional. They work on commission and don’t want money going out of their pockets.
When you return something, they take as a personal insult. Over that time, I have unfortunately been subjected to the rude behavior of several members of their cosmetics department. I have a Nordstrom card and have spent a decent amount of money there. I have been a customer of Nordstrom’s since they opened several years ago.
